He is a tall, lean swordsman with dark skin, long braids, bright eyes and an immaculate presence. ### [[The Rose of Igoda/01 - Sessions/Session 06 - The Race Through the Mansion|Session 06]] Edgar races the party through the [[World of Tarin/02 - Places/02 - Locations/Bardic Circle Mansion|Bardic Circle Mansion]] as part of the [[World of Tarin/03 - Factions & Organisations/The Hot Shots|Hot Shots]]. He appears on the mezzanine and later reaches [[World of Tarin/02 - Places/02 - Locations/The Hidden Study|the hidden study]] just after [[World of Tarin/01 - People/01 - Player Characters/The Rose of Igoda/Tilly|Tilly]] takes the [[World of Tarin/07 - Books, Records & Documents/The Hidden Papers|hidden papers]]. He draws a thin rapier and lunges towards the space where the papers vanished with invisible Tilly. [[World of Tarin/01 - People/02 - Non-Player Characters/Rose|Rose]] appears directly in the path of the attack and is stabbed. Edgar appears horrified by what he has done. ### [[The Rose of Igoda/01 - Sessions/Session 09 - The Moonlit Bounty Stowaway|Session 09]] Edgar reveals that after the Bardic Mansion disaster he believed he had killed Rose. The Thieves’ Guild cast him out, the guards hunted him, and he spent roughly thirty days hiding in Berran before stowing away aboard the [[World of Tarin/02 - Places/02 - Locations/Moonlit Bounty|Moonlit Bounty]]. He blames the party for the loss of his Guild, friends, family and purpose. Votoran rejects that account and tells him nobody forced him to put a blade to a child. Edgar swears to make the party pay. During the storm-lashed fight Edgar demonstrates shadow-stepping movement, a supernatural **Vendetta** and a wicked rapier that leaves wounds continuing to bleed. He also throws a fire flask that sets the deck ablaze. Badly wounded by the end of the fight, Edgar is struck by Ahkai’s lightning-charged arrow and begins bleeding around the eyes. He says **“This isn’t over”** and jumps overboard into the storm.
