## Sessions 49-55 Updates
- [[Zormir Ketok]] theorised that the blade is a phylactery or soul vessel linked to [[Q'ruhm|Q’ruhm]].
- The theory is called [[The Eternal Pact]]: the blade and Q’ruhm may each preserve the other.
- If correct, both must be destroyed simultaneously.
- [[Vosandra]] suggested the blade passed to Raphius because he defeated its previous master, [[Aetheric Vhail]].
- Vosandra also suggested the collected souls may be actively used as power.
- Beneath Bastion, the blade pulled Raphius toward an unknown presence to the north-west and felt like a separate consciousness beside him.
